88min YT CH provides an automation tool that enables users to upload videos to their own YouTube channel using the official YouTube Data API.

• Be solely responsible for the content you upload via this application.
• Do not use the application for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.

3. Data Usage

The application uses OAuth2 to connect to your YouTube account. Only the minimum necessary scopes are requested. No other Google data is accessed.

4. Data Retention and Revocation

OAuth2 credentials are stored securely and only for enabling uploads. You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account Permissions. Once revoked, the application immediately loses access.

5. No Warranties

The application is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this application. You are fully responsible for the content you upload through YouTube.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
